Guided by his philosophy of honoring the true nature of each ingredient, Chef Kuwahara composes the strawberries' natural acidity, sweetness, and aromatic depth with immaculate precision, creating a poised harmony that lingers with quiet elegance. Delicate yet expressive, each creation captures the crisp serenity of the winter season, allowing its beauty to unfold with understated grace.
Presented on the afternoon tea stand are five exquisitely crafted desserts and four savory selections with subtle strawberry infusions. The experience is completed with two classic scones and a curated assortment of fresh strawberries.

Drawing inspiration from this understated elegance, we intertwine flowers symbolic of the Japanese seasons to reimagine the St. Regis Afternoon Tea as a refined ritual passed down through generations.

From March through May, this collaborative Afternoon Tea unfolds under the theme of "Flowers."
March draws inspiration from mimosa, gently heralding the arrival of spring. April celebrates cherry blossoms, fleeting yet luminous in their beauty, and May embraces hydrangeas, softly imbued with the hues of seasonal. Each month, the nuanced palette synonymous with Valextra is delicately interwoven into sweets, savories, and beverages, capturing the graceful transition of the seasons in an expression of quiet refinement. 

With each visit, flavors and hues evolve with subtlety, gently enriching the Afternoon and leaving behind a graceful impression that lingers long after the moment has passed.
