Guided by his philosophy of honoring the true nature of each ingredient, Chef Kuwahara composes the strawberries' natural acidity, sweetness, and aromatic depth with immaculate precision, creating a poised harmony that lingers with quiet elegance. Delicate yet expressive, each creation captures the crisp serenity of the winter season, allowing its beauty to unfold with understated grace.
Presented on the afternoon tea stand are five exquisitely crafted desserts and four savory selections with subtle strawberry infusions. The experience is completed with two classic scones and a curated assortment of fresh strawberries.
