Beverages include Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut from the renowned French Champagne house with a 250-year history, as well as a premium selection from Dassai—the cutting-edge sake brand based in New York, where the St. Regis brand originated—featuring Junmai Daiginjo, sparkling Nigori, and shochu. A festive selection of beer, wine, and cocktails will also be available, perfectly paired with the cuisine and sure to elevate the celebratory mood.
