Set within an open-air Japanese garden approximately 50 meters above ground, guests are invited to enjoy a refined summer evening on the breezy terrace while savoring seasonal Japanese delicacies paired with free-flow beverages including Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut and Dassai sake. On weekends, the hotel presents Champagne Sabrage, one of the signature rituals of St. Regis. Marked by the dramatic opening of a champagne bottle with a Japanese sword, the ritual creates a celebratory moment where guests gather together to toast the evening and share in the spirit of the occasion.

The beverage selection features an extensive range of offerings, including Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut from the renowned Champagne Maison in France, alongside Junmai Daiginjo and Nigori Sparkling sake from Dassai, the celebrated Japanese sake brand with a brewery in New York, the birthplace of St. Regis. Guests may also enjoy sake cocktails, shochu, highballs, wines, beers, champagne cocktails, seasonal classic cocktails, and non-alcoholic creations. Thoughtfully curated to complement the cuisine, the refined free-flow selection offers an elevated pairing experience throughout the summer evening.

2. Sky Garden Plan – JPY 12,000 per person
Includes the Karesansui Package, plus Champagne and Japanese Sake.

1. Yu-suzumi – JPY 14,000 per person
90-minute free-flow beverage package. Champagne, Sake, Cocktails, Highballs, Wines, Beers, and Soft Drinks.
Chilled Steamed Egg Custard with Shrimp and Edamame, Two Seasonal Japanese appetizers, Assorted Chicken Skewers (2 Varieties)  

2. Yoi-Kaze - 16,000 yen per person
90-minute free-flow beverage package. Champagne, Sake, Cocktails, Highballs, Wines, Beers, and Soft Drinks.
Includes the Yu-suzumi Package, plus Hotel-Made Chikuwa Tempura with Seaweed.

3. Natsu-Meguri - 25,000 yen per person
90-minute free-flow beverage package. Champagne, Sake, Cocktails, Highballs, Wines, Beers, and Soft Drinks.
Prix fixe menu featuring a choice of one dish from each course: cold appetizer, hot appetizer, main course, finishing course, and dessert.
